 CTV.ca | Why isn't the 'do-not-call' list stopping robo-calls? CTV.ca I believe these companies are using computer programs that figure out all possible combinations of phone numbers and dial them. The most annoying is that every time I receive a call or a message on my cell phone it costs me money! |
